To be able
to grow properly and to be healthy we must eat the right kind of food. Eating
healthy foods is a great investment for our future. Having balanced diet,
together with regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle, we surely get to enjoy
our bodies in the future to the fullest. Who wants to be unhealthy anyway?
This year’s celebration of National
Nutrition Month aims to promote healthy diets that would contribute to the
reduction of incidence of overweight, obesity, and non-communicable diseases.
The purpose of 2019 Nutrition Month
Celebration is to disseminate nutrition-related information through the focal
theme, ”kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo; push natin to!” with this, all
schools are encouraged to participate to different activities. By this,
students can also show their talents, or can discover and learn more knowledge
about nutrition.
Eating healthy can make you feel
great, having more energy, improving your outlook, and stabilizing your mood. Health is wealth that’s why we should treasure it.
