Children; right holders

The Department of Education (DepEd) enjoined all private and public elementary and secondary schools to undertake activities in line with the celebration of the 2019 National Children’s Month (NCM) this November.

With the theme, “Karapatang Pambata: Patuloy na Pahalagahan at Gampanan tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan,” this year’s celebration of the NCM is made extra special as it coincides with the 30th Anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The celebration aims to empower children as rights-holders and duty-bearers to deliver commitment to promote, protect, and fulfill their rights as children.

Values Month

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 signed in 1994, Filipino Values ​​Month is commemorated every November.

It aims to convey to every Filipino the importance of practicing good manners on a daily basis and to inspire the power of good manners in conjunction with personal dreams.

This year's theme is "Pamilyang Pilipino Patatagin: Susi sa Kabataang Maka-Diyos Makatao, Makakalikasan, at Makabansa."

This festival is associated with four pillars of Filipinos, this is the Makatao, Makabansa, Maka-Diyos, and Makakalikasan that reflects the rich tradition and cultural heritage.

It is shaped by people's experiences with others, especially parents, teachers, relatives and friends.

By being ethical, especially with respect to the dignity of every person, Filipinos are becoming more productive, responsible and law-abiding.

UN Celebration

On October 24, 1945, 51 countries came together to create the United Nations, or the U.N.. Its purpose was to promote peace and cooperation around the world. Today the United Nations is an organization made up of 193 countries, almost every nation in the world!

The United Nations declared 2019 The Year of Indigenous Languages. The reason for it is to raise awareness about the important contribution they make to cultural diversity. Languages are dying and we should try to save them! Read more about this here. That's why in may countries around the world, people celebrate United Nations Day with national costumes, flags, and music performances. That’s because this day is a symbol of cultural diversity.

New learnings

In the second quarter, we discussed about HTML Tags. I learned how to use them correctly and how it works. These lessons helped me and also made me widen my knowledge more on these topics.
We also continue posting our blogs since it is one of our requirements. Blogging became one of my favorite  part since we started doing it because it helps me to improve my writing skills.

Moving on, I will continue learning on how to use HTML tags correctly and posting my blogs. I will apply all the lessons I have learned this second quarter and continue to discover more. I am open for more explorations and discoveries and I can't wait learn more this next quarter.

Teacher’s Day

Teacher’s Day is a special day dedicated to all teachers celebrated every year to honor  the teachers and appreciate their special contributions towards education. 

As we all know that our teachers play a great and most important role in our lives. They helps us to improve our knowledge, skill level, confidence as well as they shape us in the right shape to get success. So, we too have some responsibilities towards our loyal teachers. We all as an obedient student need to do a heartily welcome and say them wishful thanks for their selfless service of teachings all through the life as well as shaping the life of various students.

Students become so happy at this day and plan for the way of wishing their favourite teachers. Some students wish their favourite teachers by giving them gifts and greeting cards.

Teachers teaches us, guides us, amends our mistakes, scolds us when necessary and also punishes us too, but deep in our heart we all know that they are trying to make us civilized and successful by policing and improving our positive sides. To pay them high respect and follow their every direction should be our utmost aim at this age forgetting all other things. Celebrate the Teacher’s Day to pay respect to our beloved teachers.

ISNHS INTRAMURALS 2019

Intramurals is one of the most significant event in every institution. Through this occasion, every student is given an opportunity to show their talents in various sports events in either ball games or athletics. This is a great opportunity for us to try new sport we've always wanted to learn.

This is one  of the activities that has been annually celebrated n our school. It is the most awaited event for all the students because they are able to watch ball games, and they can also visit the booth such as marriage booth, message booth, love in rinth  and many more which are prepared by different clubs. And during these events, the excitement and joy could be seen in their faces.

The students proved themselves that in terms of sports they can also compete and race with others. The love and determination for sports made them succeed and win in different sports activities they had joined.

Science Month Celebration

 The importance of science is to understand the way things work, and to not only use these advancements to our advantage, but to help maintain and control certain environments to keep animal life safe. It also helps us discover cures to many diseases like cancer and AIDS.

We celebrate the Science Month Celebration yearly. This National Science Day is being celebrated every year to widely spread a message about the Importance of science used in the daily life of the people. To display all the activities, efforts and achievements in the field of science for human welfare. It is celebrated to discuss all the issues and implement new technologies for the development in the field of science. To give an opportunity to the scientific minded citizens in the country. To encourage the people as well as popularize the science and technology.

In our school, we are celebrating the Science Month during the month of September. And at this month, there are a lot of activities which are prepared by the Science Club and Yes-o Club. The most exciting activity that they prepared

is the search for Ginoo at Binibining Kalikasan 2019.
