Reflection

Learning about Photohop this fourth quarter helped me and also made me widen my knowledge more on how to use it properly.
We also continue posting our blogs since it is one of our requirements. Blogging became one of my favorite  part since we started doing it because it helps me to improve my writing skills. It is hard for us to discuss all the lessons because we only have few days for the third quarter.

Moving on, I will apply all the lessons I have learned and continue to discover more. I am open for more explorations and discoveries.

Pursue your dreams, follow your passion

As I continue to live, I would like to achieve many things. There are three main things that I would like to accomplish and that is to be an architect, help my loved ones and especially to serve my fellows.

When I was younger, I dreamed to be an architect. It was my father's dream but he never got the chance to achieve it. At first, I didn't want to be an architect because I thought it doesn't fit me. But as I grow up,  I'm starting to love sketching architectural designs, interior designing and painting—these hobbies became my passion.

Dreams are valuable commodities. They propel us forward. They give us energy. They make us enthusiastic. Everyone ought to have a dream. Choose what you think is the best for your future.

Kannawidan: Ylocos Festival

Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the northern part of Luzon. It is a province rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and share their treasures to the whole world, the locals conceived a festival that highlights these cultural traditions and they called it the “Kannadiwan Festival.

It is a celebration that lasts from the last week of January up to the first week of February. Included in the course of events is the commemoration of the foundation day of the province.
On the opening day, there is usually a mass held at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral. It is followed by a procession of the Patron Saints of the 40 parishes and images of Jesus Christ and Virgin Mary around the city. It is the Ilocanos' way of giving thanks to the Almighty not only for the bountiful blessings but also for the rich heritage of the city, including the close family ties among the Ilocanos. This event showcases the deep-rooted religiosity of the townsfolk.

Change ensures life stays exciting

Integrating yourself within the natural ebb and flow of change will ensure a fulfilling career experience. A career without change is likely to be one that lacks personal development as well as excitement, adventure and growth.

Change enables you to become the person you want to be. Practising and enacting change yourself is one of the most rewarding processes you will ever experience. It also displays a very valuable life skill. If you are able to pinpoint areas in your career that you are unhappy with, or need further development, being able to change your approach shows a commitment to progression and a confidence in your own ability. In order to avoid stagnation, it’s important for internal changes to be made almost continuously. No matter whether it’s changing the way your present yourself, developing your skills, takin a course or changing your routine – you are your own boss in life and a huge amount of change comes from within.

NEW YEAR; ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

New Year's Day, also simply called New Year, is observed on 1 January, the first day of the year on the modern Gregorian calendar as well as the Julian calendar.
Resulta ng larawan para sa new year's resolution      This year, I didn't set a New Year's resolution but I have a certain goal to accomplish and that is to do the things I used to love before. A goal does not have to be something big. Not everyone wants to achieve big goals, as long as they are happy.
My goals this year is to play badminton again, bring back my passion in drawing, and to become a better version of myself.
Achieving your goals is an important step toward forward progression in life,Without goals or a desire to move in a forward direction life takes on a motion of its own.
I promise that I will try my best to achieve my goals this year. I am eager to accomplish them. For sure, this will be an exciting year!
